Eaton’s Electrical Critical Power Solutions Division is seeking a Lead Power Electronics Engineer to join our team in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will play a key part in the design and development of high‑power, three‑phase UPS systems, while also contributing to our growing Energy Storage product line. You will be involved in every stage of the product lifecycle—from initial concept through production—working within a dynamic, global, and cross‑functional team environment. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hardware design and power electronics who is eager to drive innovation in mission‑critical power solutions. We offer relocation assistance within the United States along with sponsorship support. This role follows a hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). In-office presence is required based on business and work needs. Remote flexibility is provided to support productivity, but employees should expect to be on-site as necessary to meet team and project requirements.
