Responsibilities

Review suspects and prep notes with key information required for providers to make an informed medical decision regarding the clinical diagnosis
Review suspects in not addressed or follow up status from prior day’s visits to ensure appropriate action has been taken to accurately address the patient’s clinical conditions.
Communicate with the center teams to identify and mitigate when the appropriate action has not been taken.
Review previously documented and positive suspects for new care teams taking on old panels to ensure accurate and specific documentation in a timely manner.
Review all follow-up actions for suspects and ensure completion in alignment with clinical guidelines, which can include amending notes for positive suspects after provider confirmation.
