About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Lead Pool Server to join our dynamic Food & Beverage Team. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with excellent reading, writing, and verbal English skills, they thrive in fast-paced, outdoor environments, confidently handling hot and humid conditions. They balance strong multitasking abilities with organization and service excellence, while demonstrating leadership, clear communication, and effective problem-solving skills.

Requirements

Knowledge of MICROS preferred
Minimum of 1–2 years of food and beverage and/or pool operations experience in a high-volume upscale resort or hotel environment
TABC & Food Handlers Certifications required
Work authorization in the United States

Nice To Haves

Previous lead, shift leader, or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

Deliver service in line with Four Seasons standards by ensuring guests’ needs are met through attentive amenity, food, and beverage service.
Manage transactions accurately, complete opening and closing procedures, and maintain clean, safe, and organized pool areas.
Serve guests efficiently, assist with seating and inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly.
Support daily operations and special events, supervise and guide pool servers, and uphold service standards, stepping into a leadership role when needed to ensure a smooth, high-quality guest experience.
