About The Position

Sierra Air is seeking motivated plumbers to join our growing team! The ideal candidate possesses a 3-5 years’ plumbing experience, integrity, the ability to build and maintain relationships, and the ability to effectively offer the best solutions for our customers' plumbing needs. Join our team and receive a $5,000 sign on bonus for qualifying candidates.

Requirements

• 3-5 years’ plumbing experience
• Mechanical aptitude
• Valid driver license and insurable driving record
• Must pass drug and background screens
• Ability to work independently and self-manage
• Able to adapt to new roles and responsibilities
• General sales skills and aptitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient with technology

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain pipes, valves, drainage systems, and fixtures in residential structures
• Inspect and test plumbing systems for safety, code compliance and functionality
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems
• Prepare cost estimates
• Collect payment for services rendered when required
• Follow through on job problems and communicate issues with Dispatch
• Keep abreast of all company sales promotions and pricing
• Attend training classes and seminars to maintain expertise in the field
