About The Position

Join our team as a full-time Lead Plumbing Excavator and get ready to be hands-on in a role that will challenge and excite you every day. As our Lead Plumbing Excavator, you work at a variety of locations throughout the Dayton, OH area to excavate sewer and drain lines. We provide our team with a variety of awesome benefits, including health insurance, a 401(k) plan with a company match, paid vacation, paid personal time (PTO), and paid holidays. Additionally, we offer this position the use of a company vehicle, access to a gas card, company uniforms, and an iPad. This is an on-site position, and we're offering commission based pay on completed jobs and performance, backed by a guaranteed hourly base. Our techs typically earn $80,000-$100,000 per year, with top performers exceeding $130,000+.
