About The Position

This position is under direct supervision of the Project and Facilities Director. The incumbent will be responsible for plumbing installations and repairs. The Lead Plumber will be well-organized and detail oriented, possess good customer service skills, be able and willing to give and follow instructions, and be prepared to travel to clients' homes to complete work.

Requirements

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• A certification as a qualified journeyman plumber from the state of New Mexico
• Must be able to lift a minimum of fifty (50) pounds on a regular basis and sustain prolonged walking and standing
• 2 years of experience in commercial and residential plumbing
• Valid New Mexico driver's license with ability to meet Santo Domingo Pueblo's liability insurance requirements and maintain eligibility for insurance
• Must be able to satisfactorily pass a background check including FBI, State, Tribal, MVR, and new hire drug screening
