About the Team: Our team offers secure virtual endpoints to thousands of Capital One and third party associates that are accessible from multiple devices, accelerating business productivity, workflow continuity, supporting hybrid work models, and centralizing data protection to meet rigorous compliance standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 6 years of experience using build and deployment tools (Jenkins, GitHub, or Artifactory)
• At least 4 years of experience with AWS
• At least 2 years of team leadership experience

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of experience with AWS
• 2+ years of experience in Agile practices

Responsibilities

• Deployment, management and maintenance of virtualization platform Amazon Workspaces in Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Escalate and drive issues related to support of virtualization platforms
• Join high severity incident calls and lead troubleshooting efforts for a quick recovery
• Identify, diagnose and resolve Windows based desktop vulnerabilities
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and escalate production problems as per operations processes affecting desktop infrastructure
• Work collaboratively with other IT team members to resolve complex issues and implement improvements
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all IT systems and services the team
• Train users on software and promote IT policies and procedures
• Engage in service capacity planning, demand forecasting, and system tuning
• Excellent problem solving, oral, and written communications
