About The Position

Oversee the daily operations of a natural gas gathering, processing plant and treating system in Caddo County Oklahoma. Ensure equipment functions effectively and efficiently, is properly maintained and operates safely within design limitations. Also includes managing field operations to predict, prevent, and troubleshooting problems to ensure operations are within design limits of facilities.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years midstream field operations
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Proficient with equipment operations and knowledge of specifications
• Good crisis management skills
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Results-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work
• Forward-thinking with the ability to think creatively and help develop recommended solutions

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of a natural gas gathering, processing plant and treating system
• Supervise and support operation personnel in daily activities of plant and gathering system operations
• Prevent and trouble shoot operating problems, ensure equipment is operating efficiently and at specifications
• Ensure compliance of all safety, environmental and regulatory requirements, (OSHA, DOT, DEQ, EPA)
• Train and mentor employees in the proper operations and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
• Work with landowners and customers to resolve issues and problems and maximize production from wells
• Identify and implement areas for improvements, efficiency and cost savings, balance staff workloads, minimize overtime, manage budgets and spending
