About The Position

The Plant Operator works a rotating shift to operate and maintain the safe and compliant operations of the gas processing plant and related facilities. This role involves ensuring compliance with safety and environmental rules, monitoring and controlling plant equipment and systems, completing daily data entry, maintaining communication with colleagues, and performing regular inspections to detect malfunctions and ensure proper operation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 2 years’ related work experience
• Good communicator
• Work planner with excellent work ethics
• Good background in computer applications
• Regular and reliable attendance
• Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the safe and compliant operations of the gas processing plant and related facilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety environmental rules and programs.
• Monitor and control the processing plant equipment and systems from central control room as well as within the plant using Wonderware HMI and eLynx systems.
• Complete daily data entry on computer and mobile devices to record process conditions and production quantities.
• Keep constant communication with fellow employees and management using email, telephone, and two-way radios.
• Perform regularly scheduled inspections to detect malfunctions and ensure the proper, safe & compliant operation of the plant and pipeline facilities.
• Maintain and adhere to required company training, policies, and procedures.
• All other duties assigned.
