About The Position

This role involves leading maintenance activities across multiple ready mix plant locations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. The Lead Plant Maintenance Mechanic will diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues on plant equipment and systems, coordinate preventative maintenance schedules, and prioritize repairs to minimize downtime. Maintenance and repair work on ready mix concrete trucks will also be required. The position requires partnering with plant and operations teams to drive equipment reliability, safety compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting and repairing industrial plant equipment and heavy-duty vehicles.
• Ability to lead maintenance activities, coordinate work priorities, and support team performance across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and preventative maintenance best practices.
• Effective communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and maintain a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities
