This role is a revenue driver and brand ambassador, critical for converting prospects into long-term clients by delivering an exceptional, education-first experience within a proven sales process. It is a performance-based role with significant growth potential for motivated, disciplined, and committed individuals. Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a service-based environment.
  • Securities license (Series 65 within 30 days) or CFP designation.
  • Life and health insurance license.
  • Experience selling insurance and/or annuities.
  • Proven track record as a strong sales closer.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional designation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building financial plans.
  • Public speaking experience.
  • Sales training certifications or awards.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a steward of the Chamberlin Group brand in all client interactions.
  • Coach and mentor newer team members, allowing for shadowing and development opportunities.
  • Reinforce company standards, culture, and expectations through consistent behavior and performance.
  • Lead and present financial education classes and dinner seminars.
  • Work closely with Client Service Advisors to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Review financial plans to ensure client needs are met and properly addressed.
  • Convert qualified prospects into new clients through effective sales conversations.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics.
  • Learn, follow, and execute the company’s defined sales process consistently.
  • Maintain strong follow-up and pipeline management to maximize conversion rates.
