About The Position

Pilates Addiction Christenbury is a results-driven boutique fitness brand offering a movement experience on the Aurum, its proprietary, multi-functional Pilates apparatus. The Lead Pilates Instructor, referred to in the posting as an Educator, delivers safe, biomechanically informed, motivating classes and upholds the studio experience through clear cueing, intentional programming, and authentic community connection. Certification tuition is fully covered, and a fast-track program is available for qualified experienced applicants.

Requirements

• Successfully complete or be currently enrolled in the Pilates Addiction Educator Training Program.
• Have effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to receive, integrate, and apply coaching and feedback.
• Have a passion for helping clients progress through movement.
• Demonstrate a professional, reliable, and team-oriented demeanor.
• Be able to work an agreed-upon schedule and provide notice for permanent changes in accordance with studio policy.
• Be a certified Pilates instructor with at least one year of experience teaching reformer Pilates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality group classes on the Aurum in accordance with Pilates Addiction’s training, safety, and programming standards.
• Use clear, effective, motivational cueing grounded in functional anatomy and movement mechanics.
• Provide appropriate modifications and progressions for different fitness levels, physical needs, and client goals.
• Create an inclusive environment that supports client success, confidence, and retention.
• Support a positive, community-focused studio culture.
• Be reliable, timely, and prepared for all scheduled classes.
• Collaborate with leadership and peers to maintain alignment with Pilates Addiction standards.
• Attend at least one class per month led by another Educator at no charge to support team cohesion and instructional consistency.
• Prepare the studio for each class, including checking equipment, ensuring safe spacing, and setting up the Aurum.
• Perform light operational tasks related to class delivery, such as tidying equipment, resetting machines, and guiding clients.
• Uphold brand, safety, and cleanliness standards.
