About The Position

Open a brand-new $58M clinic as its founding physician leader. This is a unique opportunity to establish and lead a new outpatient clinic in Rocklin, CA, opening in early 2027. The clinic aims to serve approximately 15,000 new patients. As the Lead Physician, you will have significant input into the clinic's operations, including hiring, workflows, quality standards, and team culture. The role begins at the established Auburn clinic before transitioning to the new Rocklin facility. This position offers a legacy-building opportunity with top-tier compensation and leadership scope within a 50-year-old non-profit community health center.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Unrestricted CA license (or eligibility).
• Current DEA.
• Preference in filling vacancies will be given to qualified Indian applicants in accordance with the Indian Preference Act (Title 25, U.S. Code, §472 & 473).

Nice To Haves

• Prior lead/supervising/medical-director experience.
• A strong clinician ready to step up into a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Practice family medicine.

• Salary range: $261,600–$324,350.
