Family Medicine Physician (Rocklin — New Clinic)
About The Position
Help launch a brand-new, state-of-the-art $58M clinic opening early 2027 — hiring ahead of opening. This is a ground-floor opportunity at a new clinic where you can shape culture and workflows. The role offers top-of-band FQHC compensation and is part of a 50-year-old non-profit community health center expanding to serve approximately 15,000 new patients. Start dates are flexible, allowing for onboarding at an existing nearby clinic first or joining at the new clinic's opening. The position is outpatient only, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with no hospital call and no weekends. This is an NHSC-approved HPSA site, offering up to approximately $75,000 in tax-free student loan repayment. Full benefits are provided, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), generous PTO, and CME.
Requirements
- MD or DO
- BC/BE in Family Medicine
- Unrestricted CA license (or eligibility)
- Current DEA
- Comfort seeing all ages in an outpatient setting
Responsibilities
- Provide family medicine care to patients of all ages in an outpatient setting.
- Shape culture and workflows at a brand-new clinic.
- Serve approximately 15,000 new patients as part of clinic expansion.
