Lead Physical Therapists are responsible for supporting patient care and supporting clinic success. This role involves synthesizing patient information, diagnosing movement dysfunction through various analyses and examinations, and developing individualized, evidence-based plans of care. The Lead Physical Therapist will utilize interventions such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and biofeedback. They will also evaluate and document patient progress, educate patients on recovery, follow up to ensure adherence, and connect with providers and local organizations to promote clinic services. Additionally, the role includes clinical instruction of at least one student rotation per year after the first year of treatment in their specialty area, and other assigned tasks. The goal is to serve as many patients as possible with high-quality physical therapy and facilitate meaningful outcomes through teamwork and mentorship.
