About The Position

Sport Ortho Urgent Care is seeking a Lead Physical Therapist for their Outpatient Orthopedic Model in Antioch, TN. They emphasize providing high-quality conservative musculoskeletal care with manageable patient loads (average of 10 patients per day), allowing therapists to practice at the top of their license and spend meaningful time with patients. The clinic utilizes Physical Therapists as direct access providers within a fully integrated orthopedic model, making them the front line of musculoskeletal care. The core focus is on serving patients and each other through conservative care in musculoskeletal health. Key differentiators include a collaborative care model working alongside orthopedic advanced practice providers, physical therapy assistants, and orthopedic surgeons; top-of-field practice with in-house imaging, regenerative medicine, sports medicine, and urgent orthopedic care; and a true work-life balance with manageable daily volumes and realistic productivity expectations. The role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and $5,000+ in annual incentives.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy license (required)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Master’s degree (required)
• CPR certification (preferred)
