About The Position

The Pharmacy Tech Lead will assist in monitoring and directing workflow in compliance of WB policies and procedures to ensure that all personal, department, division, and corporate goals are achieved. The Pharmacy Tech Lead should be able to predict and adjust to the ever-changing pharmacy landscape. Direction should be given in an equitable and professional manner to facilitate accuracy, efficiency, and honesty cultivating an environment promoting WB’s core values: Customer Service, Teamwork, Dedication, and Respect.

  • Pharmacy Technician experience
  • State approved pharmacy technician license
