About The Position

This role is for an experienced leader at Farris Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram, a family-owned dealership since 1929. The dealership receives over 1,000 customer inquiries monthly and seeks a leader to build a team that excels in lead response, communication, appointment setting, and conversion. The position focuses on coaching people, improving performance, and creating accountability to maximize existing opportunities and drive dealership growth. The Lead Performance Manager will work directly with ownership and executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience leading inside sales, BDC, internet sales, customer success, or lead development teams
  • Proven leadership ability

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing lead conversion team
  • Improve appointment-setting performance
  • Monitor CRM activity and accountability
  • Coach phone skills, texting, and follow-up strategies
  • Improve speed-to-lead and customer engagement
  • Track key performance metrics and identify coaching opportunities
  • Partner with Sales Managers to improve appointment-to-sale conversion
  • Create a culture of urgency, professionalism, and continuous improvement
