We’re looking for a Performance Consultant who can partner with business and learning leaders to diagnose performance challenges, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions that improve business outcomes. In this role, you’ll work closely with Learning Business Partners, instructional designers, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to determine whether training, process, tool, communication, or other performance interventions will best address the need. The ideal candidate brings strong consulting, analysis, facilitation, stakeholder management, and business writing skills, with the ability to translate complex challenges into clear, measurable recommendations.
