Requirements

  • 12 years of Pega development experience with 3 years as a Lead System Architect.
  • Pega CLSA certification is mandatory.
  • Deep knowledge of Pega Infinity features including Constellation DX API and DevOps pipelines.
  • Experience with Common Data Model and enterprise integration patterns.
  • Strong leadership and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of complex Pega applications using Constellation UX and modular design principles tailored to BCM and Insurance workflows
  • Define reusable components and frameworks that support product lifecycles
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects to align technical solutions with business goals in financial services and insurance
  • Mentor development teams and conduct design code reviews with a focus on domain specific compliance and scalability
  • Ensure seamless integration with external systems such as payment gateways trading platforms and insurance data providers
