Final compensation will be determined based on experience. Support Payroll Tax and Compliance operations by assisting with year-end W-2 preparation and ensuring accurate and compliant garnishment administration.

Requirements

  • 1 - 3 years of payroll and payroll tax experience

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience, Finance / Accounting, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and ensure compliance of local, state, and federal tax elections for associates
  • Maintain garnishments for compliance and accuracy
  • Process biweekly and off-cycle payroll requests as necessary
  • Assist with Payroll onboarding for integrations, including meetings, training, and validation of tax data
  • Maintain records of tax correspondence and submit to third-party payroll provider
  • Respond to questions and requests from associates regarding taxes and payroll withholding procedures
  • Prepare reports as required by agencies and internal business partners
  • Assist with audits and payroll tax discrepancies, as necessary
  • Assist with year-end process for W2s. This includes coordination with HR staff, outsourced vendor staff and internal payroll team
