About The Position

The front office lead demonstrates capability to complete all scheduling / front office combination tasks. In addition, the lead will be accountable to overseeing the front office operations, ensuring compliance with policy and procedure, orientation / training of new employees, participate in evaluation process and maintaining a professional environment. Requirements

  • 4 years of Front office experience in an acute or ambulatory setting
  • 2 years of Leadership or supervisory experience

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's degree in Preferred fields: Healthcare or related, or Coursework/Training: College level classes, preferably in healthcare or related field, or equivalent educ/experience
  • Equivalent years of experience
  • Experience in a healthcare leadership role
  • IDX and Touchworks (Allscripts) experience
