This role serves as a Team Lead for the Adult & Child Behavioral Health departments and the Eating Disorders & Weight Management Clinic. The position requires the ability to function as a resource for employees, internal departments, and outside customers, with a comprehensive understanding of all department areas to assist in resolving issues. The Lead Patient Access Representative must work independently, possess strong customer service skills, and assist with new employee orientation and mentorship. Responsibilities may include overseeing work tasks, adjusting staffing for coverage, and facilitating ongoing department education and training, potentially developing training curriculum and materials. The role may also involve facilitating change, ensuring adoption of new processes, and assisting in managing productivity and department reports, demonstrating analytical decision-making, information gathering, presentation, project management, group facilitation, and training skills.
