The Lead Patient Access Representative assists the supervisor in coordinating the daily activities of the Patient Access Representative I. Monitors workflow and quality, assists in the training process and performs all duties of a Patient Access Representative I. This role also assists with information needed to improve patient flow and collaborates with various departments providing services. The Lead Patient Access Representative conducts registration interviews with patients or their representatives to gather demographic and financial information required for hospital admission and/or outpatient services.
