About The Position
Town Meeting Bistro, located within The Inn at Hastings Park (a Relais & Châteaux property), is seeking a creative and self-motivated Pastry Cook. This role involves developing a seasonal dessert menu, weekly high tea offerings, and Sunday brunch specials. The kitchen operates as a scratch kitchen, emphasizing New England flavors, seasonality, and sustainability, with in-house bread production. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, utilizing their initiative and creativity.
Requirements
