About The Position
Town Meeting Bistro, located within The Inn at Hastings Park (a Relais & Châteaux property), is seeking a creative and initiative-driven Pastry Cook. This role involves developing a seasonal dessert menu, weekly high tea offerings, and Sunday brunch specials. The restaurant operates as a scratch kitchen, emphasizing New England flavors, seasonality, and sustainability, and also produces its own bread in-house. We are looking for someone who can work independently and push culinary boundaries.

Responsibilities
- Create a seasonal dessert menu.
