The ideal candidate will possess technology-related sales experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in Salesforce.com and the Google Partner Network portal. Experience in account management, product management, program management, and business development is preferred, as is experience in partner sales or overlay sales roles. The role involves orchestrating resources, sourcing joint sales opportunities, driving sales execution, leading pipeline reviews, managing funding requests, and holding reviews between Genpact and GCP Account Management teams. The goal is to create and maintain a long-term, scalable joint Go-To-Market (GTM) model that drives partner and customer success.
