Requirements

  • Current U.S. state Paramedic license with National Registry EMT-P or unrestricted equivalent licensure.
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; advanced trauma certification such as PHTLS, ITLS, or TCCC required.
  • Certification from an accredited Paramedic training program.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality emergency care in fast-paced, high-acuity clinical environments.
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with a valid passport
  • Ability to obtain and maintain MRPT security clearance and meet pre-deployment physical requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior leadership or lead paramedic experience within EMS or emergency response operations.
  • Previous experience collaborating within multidisciplinary emergency or critical care teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily EMS operations, helping coordinate staffing coverage, operational readiness, and emergency response activities across the site.
  • Provide advanced pre-hospital and emergency medical care, including patient assessment, stabilization, airway management, medication administration, IV/IO access, cardiac monitoring, and trauma response.
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing teams, safety personnel, and operational leadership to support coordinated patient care and emergency preparedness initiatives.
  • Oversee paramedic and EMT team activities, supporting training, protocol adherence, clinical guidance, and documentation quality.
  • Assist with maintaining EMS protocols, emergency response planning, medical inventory management, and operational compliance standards.
  • Support cross-functional clinical operations within clinic, emergency room, and inpatient care environments as needed.
