About The Position

You'll be the primary point of ownership for Indeed's global corporate governance function, and you’ll manage legal entity compliance and corporate governance for a global portfolio of Indeed entities. You'll maintain the accuracy of our entity records, coordinate board and shareholder approvals across multiple jurisdictions, route governance documents such as minutes, resolutions, and consents, and manage signature, delegation-of-authority, and filing processes. You'll be the first point of contact for governance questions coming through the Corporate Governance queue. You'll work closely with internal teams, outside counsel, registered agents, and third-party filing agents to keep annual reports, business licenses, and other statutory filings on track, and to support entity formations, restructurings, and dissolutions. You'll also partner with Tax, Treasury, Finance, and business teams on entity-related projects and monitor regulatory changes that affect our entities. This role calls for someone who's highly organized, go-to expert, comfortable juggling multiple deadlines across time zones, and handling confidential corporate information with discretion.
