About The Position
ROGERCO, Inc. (RCI) is seeking an experienced Privileged Access Management (PAM) Engineer to join a team supporting the administration of programs on behalf of a Federal agency. In this role, you will plan, design, and incorporate PAM capabilities across multiple environments. This is a Hybrid role based in Washington, DC, with potential for remote work. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Requirements
- Relevant cybersecurity certification demonstrating competence in vulnerability management, risk, or operations support (required)
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be a United States citizen.
Nice To Haves
- 10 years of related experience (preferred)
- Experience with stakeholder engagement a plus.
Responsibilities
- Direct planning and implementation of PAM platform(s) across on-premises and cloud-based systems
- Lead stakeholder engagement
- Define the PAM solution architecture
- Manage end-to-end PAM implementation and adoption
