As Lead Painter, you’ll keep RMC Resort Management’s resort homes and shared spaces looking sharp, welcoming, and guest-ready. Your work protects surfaces, elevates first impressions, and helps every stay feel effortless. Requirements
- Prior painting experience
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and customer-friendly communication
- Physical ability for lifting, ladders, and extended standing; flexible schedule as needed
Nice To Haves
- Hospitality/resort or property management exposure preferred
Responsibilities
- Prep surfaces (clean, patch, sand, prime) and apply paint/stain/finishes with consistent quality
- Protect adjacent areas; maintain neat, safe worksites and proper cleanup
- Inspect completed work, touch up as needed, and document materials used
- Coordinate with housekeeping/front desk to minimize guest disruption
- Maintain tools, ladders, and paint inventory; follow safety standards
