About The Position

Window Nation is looking for a Lead Paid Media Specialist to help drive growth through high-performing paid media campaigns, with a strong focus on paid social lead generation. This is a hands-on role for a performance marketer who is comfortable working directly in ad platforms, testing new ideas, optimizing continuously, and using data to guide decisions. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, likes balancing creative testing with analytical thinking, and is motivated by driving efficient lead growth. You will work closely with the Director, Digital Performance Marketing and partner across Creative, SEO, CRO, Analytics, and Paid Media.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and paid social performance marketing
  • Proven experience driving performance-focused outcomes
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and performance reporting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make optimization decisions
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, or other paid video platforms
  • Familiarity with GA4, Power BI, or other advanced analytics tools
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and CRM integrations
  • Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns, primarily on Meta/Facebook/Instagram, with additional exposure to Google Ads, Bing, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Build, launch, and scale lead generation campaigns to drive efficient growth
  • Oversee day-to-day campaign execution, including budgets, bids, pacing, and optimization
  • Test creative, messaging, audiences, and platform features to improve performance
  • Monitor results, analyze key metrics, and turn insights into action
  • Partner with Creative, SEO, CRO, Analytics, and Paid Media teams to improve performance across the funnel
  • Help maintain strong tracking, attribution, and reporting standards
