As a Lead Overnight Counselor, you'll play a key role in supporting campers with disabilities while leading an overnight team in a safe, supportive, and mission-driven environment. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you'll gain valuable experience in supervision, behavioral support, and healthcare-adjacent services-all while making a lasting impact. Position Availability This position is available immediately. Requirements

• Ability to remain alert and engaged during overnight hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities, children, or in caregiving roles
• Leadership or supervisory experience (formal or informal)

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight supervision (awake shift) to ensure camper safety
• Assist campers with bedtime routines and personal care needs
• Lead and support overnight counselors during your shift
• Monitor camper needs and respond to incidents as needed
• Complete daily logs and simple documentation
• Maintain a safe environment aligned with SOAR365 policies
