Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prefer lead or supervisory experience.
Prefer at least two (2) years retail experience, preferably in a lead role.

Responsibilities

Provide store leadership in absence of Store Manager/ Assistant Manager.
Demonstrate commitment to friendly customer service and team work.
Reconcile cash with daily sales reports and secure facility for night.
Prepare and maintain records of store operations including daily sales reports, cash deposits and opening/closing reports and conducts inspections when necessary.
Perform cash register/customer service duties.
Roll tables into and out of the Outlet store.
Pull items from sales floor, place in carts/totes and move to recycling area.
Ensure store is well-organized and well stocked.
Inspect bins in and out of the Outlet Store to ensure items are properly sorted.
Load cardboard and textiles into baling machines.
Tighten bale wires.
Operate dump machine.
Fill out light paperwork and maintain weight/item logs.
