About The Position
Serves as the first point of contact for outlet customers, covering the register and the sales floor. This role involves operating the POS system, balancing the cash drawer, stocking merchandise, and enforcing safety rules. Additionally, there is a back-of-house component involving material handling equipment, sorting, and preparing merchandise for rotation and recycling. The employee is expected to maintain cleanliness and productivity, and cross-train in other departments.
Requirements
- Basic math and cash handling skills.
- Ability to lift 45 lbs independently and 75 lbs with assistance.
- Ability to stand and bend up to 8 hours.
- Flexible schedule covering evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work as a productive member of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to reach above shoulder height.
- Eye-hand coordination.
- Ability to move up to 500 lbs. with the aid of a pallet jack or dolly.
- Ability to bend and crouch.
- Repetitive use of hands.
- Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail for the entire work shift.
- Read the arc safety policy, sign the document acknowledging the understanding of it and to practice it.

- One year of retail or cash handling experience.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for outlet customers.

- Maintain clean and safe work areas.
- Support warehouse operations.
- Provide customer service and assist with questions and purchases.
- Pick up loose items on the floor quickly; clean up breakages or spills.
- Provide help as needed to other employees and take the responsibility to report hazards to a supervisor.
- Work as a productive member of a team.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested by their supervisor or manager.
