Focuses on the people side of change, including not only the change initiative itself, but also changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. Designs, develops and executes change management strategies and plans that minimize resistance and maximize engagement to ensure that users are engaged, prepared to transition to the initiative and reinforce sustainable change. Works with and coaches project stakeholders, leaders and teams to develop strategies to maximize buy-in and minimize resistance and are able to leverage the change management framework and standards. Ensures that all documentation coming out of the program is in line with the ultimate change management strategy and plan.
