About The Position

The Lead Enterprise Applications Analyst, Procurement serves as the senior functional expert for TaylorMade's Oracle EBS Procure-to-Pay (P2P) domain across global operations. As the senior individual contributor for P2P, this role defines functional direction and configuration standards, designs cross-functional solutions, and partners with Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to shape from how-to on-board suppliers to accounts payables and financial close.

Requirements

  • Deep functional expertise across Oracle EBS P2P modules: Purchasing, iProcurement, iSupplier Portal, Cost Management, Inventory, and Receiving.
  • Proven ability to build business cases with ROI analysis and anticipate business needs before they surface.
  • Skill in designing cross-functional solutions that draw on deep expertise across multiple business domains.
  • Strong facilitation skills to resolve conflicts and align priorities across stakeholder groups.
  • Functional understanding of RICEW object design and Procurement-adjacent integration architecture.
  • Working knowledge of AI-enabled tools and their responsible use in daily work.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 10+ years of enterprise applications experience, including 7+ years of deep Oracle EBS 12.2 Procurement modules and Procure to Pay expertise in a global operations environment.

  • SQL/PL-SQL preferred
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud exposure a plus

Responsibilities

  • Define functional direction and configuration standards for the Oracle EBS Procure-to Pay domain AME, iProcurement, supplier setup, item/category hierarchies, and profile options.
  • Deliver end-to-end P2P support spanning Purchasing, Inventory, and Accounts Payable for sourcing, invoice matching, and financial close.
  • Design current-state and future-state solutions and complex configurations across integrated Oracle P2P modules.
  • Create and maintain functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and end-user training materials.
  • Evaluate integration patterns and set the approach for connections to EDI, Supplier Portals, Cash Applications platforms.
  • Manage project resources, vendors, and timelines while leading multiple complex initiatives at once.
  • Pilot emerging technologies including agentic AI and workflow automation, and mentor analysts on adoption and best practices.
