About The Position

The Lead Operations Associate supports in-store lottery ticket operations at a retail and fulfillment location in Aurora, Colorado. This is a part-time, on-site role reporting to the Operations Manager, with flexible hours based on business needs and open availability required on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to operations management and the growth of a start-up.

Requirements

High school degree or equivalent.
Prior experience in retail operations.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed, including extended day or night shifts and occasional weekends or holidays.
Interest in general operations management.
Open availability on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.

Responsibilities

Fulfill customer lottery ticket orders in an organized and systematic manner.
Follow opening and closing procedures for the retail and fulfillment location.
Replenish shelves regularly and maintain appropriate stock levels and product availability.
Keep in-store equipment in good operating condition.
Troubleshoot technical issues with printing and scanning equipment.
Escalate issues, concerns, and feedback to the supervisor on duty in a timely manner.
Participate in special ad-hoc projects.
Follow established operating procedures to maintain quality standards.
