Lead Onsite Event Producer

Off the Grid•San Francisco, CA
•$32 - $38•Onsite

About The Position

The Lead Onsite Event Producer leads Off the Grid’s largest and most complex events from load-in through the departure of the final partner. The role is the primary onsite point of contact for clients, venues, creators, service partners, and event crews, which may include 10 or more hourly staff. The producer takes over after the Catering Event Producer has planned the event, then manages execution and post-event closeout. The role also trains and coaches Onsite Event Producers through shadow shifts, check-ins, in-the-moment feedback, and post-event debriefs. It is primarily field-based, with about 90% of time spent onsite at events and markets around the Bay Area. The position is full-time, hourly, and non-exempt, with a generally Monday-through-Friday schedule plus nights and weekends as events and markets require.
