We're looking for someone who enjoys being the person others can count on. As the Lead Provider Support Specialist, you'll be the primary on-site support person for our Eugene office, helping providers, clients, and teammates while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. While you'll have support from an Office Manager, leadership team, and coworkers, much of that partnership happens virtually. We're looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, staying organized, communicating proactively, and taking ownership of their work. We're hiring directly into this lead-level role because this office needs someone who can bring strong communication, organization, and leadership skills from day one. This role also offers opportunities for growth within a growing organization for someone excited to take on increasing responsibility over time. We welcome candidates from healthcare, hospitality, retail, office administration, customer service, and other service-focused industries who have developed strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
