About The Position

Restore Hyper Wellness is seeking an outgoing, experienced Lead Nurse to join their team of wellness professionals. This is a retail sales job in which the ability to sell is very important and a desired qualification. The Lead Nurse will help individuals on their health and wellness journey while leading a team of nurses in a fun, retail-like environment. Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
2+ years of experience in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg, or similar)
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Leadership or management experience
At least 1 year of experience administering injections
Comfort with electronic medical records
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Non-judgmental attitude and ability to work with a diverse clientele
Team player who can also work independently
Commitment to ethics, integrity, and medical compliance

Retail sales experience or a strong ability to sell is very important and a desired qualification — you will actively promote services and memberships to clients.

Responsibilities

Manage a team of Restore Nurses (monthly chart audits, regular meetings, training new RN hires).
Conduct interviews and partner with the General Manager on onboarding.
Manage part-time nurse schedules and take disciplinary action when needed.
Ensure nursing coverage during all medical operating hours.
Serve as a liaison between corporate and the local team.
Evaluate nursing staff performance and promote high-quality skill levels.
Administer IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections.
Deliver Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions.
Educate clients on the benefits of our services.
Utilize blood testing to help clients optimize wellness.
Manage medical supply inventory and ordering.
Document visits in electronic medical records.
Promote memberships and services based on client needs (strong sales focus).
Participate in community outreach and special events.
Maintain a safe, compliant, and clean clinical environment.

Work collaboratively with the management and nursing team.
