About The Position
Seeking a full time RN for a lead position within our assisted living facility in Troy, NY. This is a salaried position with benefits and paid time off, working 40 hours per week. The salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
- Day to day oversight of the LPN and home health aide staff
- Ensuring resident care is delivered
- Ensuring continuity of care
- Perform audits as directed
- Complete assessments as needed both start of care and annually
- Attend regular meetings with the DPS
- Keep DPS and director of compliance up to date
