Requirements

Active Ohio RN or LPN license in good standing
Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team building skills
BLS CPR certification required

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and One Health Ohio support staff.
Coordinate and delegate tasks for office and nursing staff to ensure organized and efficient workflow.
Maintain availability for staff communication, including with supervisors, following the chain of command.
Train new and existing employees on office protocols.
Serve as a resource for office and nursing staff.
Organize patient visit paperwork.
Obtain prior authorizations for medications.
Manage daily vaccine reporting, weekly missed immunization reporting, and monthly distribution of vaccine accountabilities, hand washing logs, and data logger information.
Distribute controlled script logs quarterly.
Perform monthly quality control checks (INR and Strep tests).
Ensure the Ward Clerk has arranged necessary provider items (e.g., PAP, outside lab results, referral consultation notes).
Maintain a safe and clean working environment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and adhere to infection-control policies and protocols.
Monitor and order janitorial, office, and medical supplies for patient care.
Monitor medication supply expiration dates.
Monitor, order, and ensure proper storage of O2.
Distribute and execute daily huddles for both providers and personal.
Perform all other LPN or MA duties as described in the LPN and MA job descriptions.
