The project includes a separate data center and Central Utility Plant, a four-story command-and-control facility, and a Joint Operations Center. The position supports design development, construction, systems integration, commissioning oversight, security accreditation support, facility turnover, and closeout. The data-center planning basis is approximately 550 cabinets and an estimated 27,350 total rack kilowatts across NIPR, SIPR, TS, and SAP environments.
