About The Position

The Lead Network Security Engineer implements and supports enterprise-scale Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) solutions and related network access control technologies. The role enhances secure access controls, authentication services, device visibility, and network segmentation across wired, wireless, VPN, and cloud-connected environments. It serves as a technical subject matter expert for Cisco ISE, authentication infrastructure, and Zero Trust initiatives, while mentoring less experienced engineers and supporting daily operations and strategic cybersecurity projects. The position designs and implements large-scale security systems and solutions, solves advanced and complex problems, and acts as a knowledge resource for less experienced engineers. It primarily supports Identity & Access Engineering and Security & Network Infrastructure functions, including enterprise authentication and authorization, identity-driven access controls, least-privilege policies, secure network access architecture, segmentation, device visibility, and posture validation. The role works with Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, Enterprise Infrastructure, Identity Management, and Technology teams, and exercises judgment in selecting methods and techniques with limited supervision. The role is four days onsite at the Wilmington, Delaware location, with the flexibility to work from home one day per week.
