About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 8, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, Azure Cloud, SQL Server, and modern software architecture principles. This role requires hands-on technical leadership, mentoring of development teams, and close collaboration with business stakeholders, architects, and DevOps teams.

Requirements

10+ years of software development experience using Microsoft technologies
Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core/.NET 6/7/8, ASP.NET MVC, Web API
Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
Strong knowledge of SQL Server, stored procedures, performance tuning, and database design
Experience with Azure Cloud services (App Services, Functions, Azure DevOps, Key Vault, Service Bus, Storage Accounts)
Experience with Entity Framework Core and LINQ
Hands-on experience with Angular, React, or JavaScript frameworks
Expertise with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized applications
Strong understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and secure coding practices
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and Event Hub
Experience with OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML, and Identity Management solutions
Knowledge of Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Experience implementing AI/ML or OpenAI integrations
Microsoft Azure Certifications are highly preferred

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of scalable enterprise applications using .NET technologies.
Architect and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure services.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and event-driven applications.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to define technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
Implement CI/CD automation and DevOps best practices.
Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
Troubleshoot production issues and support critical business applications.
Participate in architecture reviews, sprint planning, and release management activities.
