This role involves driving a personal vehicle to client facilities, primarily nursing homes, to perform phlebotomy services. The Lead Mobile Phlebotomist will follow established procedures for obtaining blood samples, ensuring patient identification, proper specimen handling, and adherence to privacy policies. The position requires planning and organizing draw schedules, maintaining accurate records, and cooperating with various departments. The employee will also be responsible for maintaining equipment, promptly responding to a company-issued mobile device, and notifying dispatch of availability. Additional duties may be assigned by the Area Phlebotomy Supervisor.
