Requirements

5+ years of experience in heavy mobile equipment maintenance
Experience with CMMS systems, preferably MAXIMO
OSHA 30 certification
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Ability to perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools
Basic to intermediate computer skills for documentation and administrative tasks
Strong commitment to HSSE compliance and safe work practices
Ability to lead, guide, and support mechanics during maintenance and repair activities
Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics, troubleshooting, inspections, and repairs on heavy mobile equipment.
Ensure all work meets HSSE standards and company procedures.
Lead, guide, and support mechanics during maintenance and repair activities.
Maintain effective communication with supervisors, operators, and team members.
Uphold high safety, quality, and operational standards.
Use CMMS systems (preferably MAXIMO) to document work orders, record parts usage, update maintenance history, and complete data entry, reporting, and other administrative tasks.
