About The Position

Lead the architecture, development, and delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing cross-platform mobile applications using React Native. The role combines hands-on mobile engineering, native iOS and Android integration, technical governance, production-quality delivery, and leadership of cross-functional development teams. This is a hands-on mobile engineering leader role with deep React Native expertise, working knowledge of Kotlin and Swift, strong architecture ownership, and a disciplined approach to performance, security, user experience, and team delivery.

Requirements

• React Native and advanced JavaScript, with strong knowledge of the iOS and Android mobile ecosystems.
• Mobile architecture and design patterns, including MVVM/MVC, reusable components, and maintainable application design.
• Native Android and iOS integration, RESTful APIs, asynchronous programming, backend services, and third-party libraries.
• Redux, MobX, or equivalent state management; performance optimization, security, user experience, and technical troubleshooting.
• CI/CD pipelines, mobile deployment practices, code reviews, technical documentation, and Agile delivery.

• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Swift for native mobile implementation.
• Technical leadership, estimation, planning, status reporting, and engineering strategy.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and product requirements into well-defined user stories, technical designs, and implementation plans.
• Lead React Native application design, development, maintenance, and delivery across iOS and Android platforms.
• Architect complex features, integrations, and native capabilities while ensuring code quality, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Lead code reviews, mentor developers, manage team execution, and provide accurate delivery status and technical risk reporting.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver cohesive mobile experiences and resolve complex issues.
• Create and maintain concise technical documentation covering architecture, design decisions, integrations, and operational guidance.
