About The Position

Lead the architecture and delivery of scalable, high-performing React JS and Next.js eCommerce experiences. The role combines hands-on front-end engineering, micro frontend strategy, technical governance, stakeholder collaboration, production ownership, and leadership of distributed development teams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on front-end leader with strong React and Next.js depth, architecture ownership, eCommerce experience, client-facing communication, and a disciplined approach to quality, performance, accessibility, and production stability.

Requirements

• React JS, Next.js, JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and responsive UI engineering.
• Redux / Context API, reusable component architecture, design systems, and micro frontend patterns.
• Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices integration, and eCommerce applications.
• Agile/Scrum, source-control and release practices, performance optimization, security, and accessibility.
• Technical leadership, stakeholder communication, mentoring, code-review governance, and issue ownership.
• Cross-functional and onshore/offshore coordination across Product, UX, Backend, DevOps, and business teams.
• GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and AI-assisted testing and code-review practices.
• 8-10 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end React JS and Next.js front-end delivery for enterprise eCommerce capabilities.
• Define application architecture, component strategy, micro frontend approach, engineering standards, and performance practices.
• Govern code quality and mentor developers while ensuring security, accessibility, testability, and release readiness.
• Partner with Product, UX, Backend, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Resolve complex UI and integration issues, support production stability, and advance automation and responsible AI-assisted development adoption.
